I originally started going to MedAesthetics for botox about a year ago, but have gotten so much more out of my visits than I expected! I took aesthetics in college, which pushed me to try botox to fix the lines I have that run across my forehead. Harley has been super professional with me during every visit. There's always a review before we start that goes over why I started getting treatments, and if it's going the way I'd like it to, or if I need to make any changes. I'm never surprised at any point of the procedure because she verbally prepares me for every step and is very informative if I have any questions or concerns. Not only does Harley make sure I receive proper aftercare instructions, but the team also sends me an email if I need a reminder to refer to after my appointment. I'm never disappointed in her work! I've switched birth controls twice since I started going to MedAesthetics, and my skin has not been happy. The team booked me in for an optic slim facial scan that helped me target problem areas and gave me an in depth look at what I needed to change in my skin care routine. I could not be happier with the Neova and Rejudicare products that I walked away with. My skin looks the healthiest it ever has, and I will NEVER be going back to Sephora for skincare. I'm now a part of the MedAesthetics membership plan, which helped me space out the cost of my treatments and skin care each month. I have had amazing experiences at MedAesthetics! I have been getting laser hair removal treatments with Lisa and she makes the process so quick and painless! She also makes you feel incredibly comfortable during & after the procedure by explaining the process and aftercare thoroughly. I also had the Optic Elite assessment done which was so informative and cool to learn about! Cassie was so helpful and professional in helping me reach my skincare goals.
