Position Overview
The Injector/Clinic Assistant plays a critical dual role, supporting both the injectors directly and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You’ll be the go-to person for preparing treatment rooms, assisting with client care, restocking supplies, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic.
This position is scheduled for daytime, Monday-Friday, and is part-time (roughly 20-30 hours weekly).
Clinic Assistant Responsibilities
- Perform laundry tasks throughout the day and restock clean linens.
- Assist clients
- Clean treatment rooms thoroughly after procedures.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in treatment rooms (e.g., gauze, alcohol, q-tips) + notify team member for reorders.
- Organize storage areas, unpack deliveries, and keep the clinic tidy.
- Prepare promotional material
- Replace sharps containers when necessary.
Qualifications: Who we're looking for...
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, sterile environment
- Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working closely with clients and medical staff
- Able to maintain confidentiality and client privacy at all times
- Proficiency in basic math
- Ability to lift OSHA maximum of 50 lbs./perform some duties that are physically demanding
Injector Assistant Responsibilities
- Prepare the injector’s room and tray setup before each client appointment.
- Greet clients, escort them to treatment rooms, and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for.
- Assist with intake procedures: gather client concerns, take before/after photos, and ensure consent forms are completed.
- Provide support during treatments
- Support injectors with charting/documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the injection room between appointments.
