MedAesthetics is proudly owned by a dynamic duo husband and wife team. Operated by Melissa O’Mahony, whose expertise in medical office management, marketing, and design has shaped the clinic’s strong brand identity, both in-clinic and online. Dr. John O’Mahony is the medical director, a dedicated family physician with a keen interest in the medical aspects of aesthetics, women’s health, skin lesions and hair restoration.
Together, they have expanded MedAesthetics beyond cosmetic treatments, focusing on women’s health. They are passionate about helping women not only look their best but also feel their best.
At MedAesthetics, all services are provided under the supervision of Dr. John O’Mahony. Our team of experts combines artistry with an advanced knowledge of anatomy and extensive clinical experience. Melissa O’Mahony
Owning a medical spa has been a great joy. It’s not just a business; it’s a platform to help other women feel confident and empowered in their own skin. Seeing the transformation in our clients—both inside and out—is truly rewarding.
I’m fortunate to work alongside my husband and a team of talented, educated, and kind women whose dedication and passion bring so much life to our MedAesthetics practice.
Beyond work, my life is grounded in my family, my four children are the light of my life. Friday evenings you will find me with my 13-year-old, as we indulge in crazy bread, quality time together and red wine (for me!).
I also find balance through working out, entertaining friends and family, and riding on my cruiser bicycle.
Running a medical spa has not only been a dream come true but has also allowed me to give back to causes close to my heart. Through our success, I’m able to support charities that focus on helping women and children of all ages, something I’m incredibly passionate about.

Lindsay is a Medical Aesthetician with over 15 years of experience, specializing in laser technology and advanced medical aesthetic treatments. She has spent her career working alongside some of Toronto’s leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and is now thrilled to bring her expertise and passion back home to Sarnia.
Lindsay has joined the Medaesthetics team as our expert consultant and is excited to meet you! She’s here to share her knowledge and help you create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique skin goals so you can look and feel your absolute best.
Lori Soulliere
With over 16 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field, Lori has been a part of MedAesthetics since 2017, where she leads the guest relations team. She takes pride in being part of a dynamic, cutting-edge clinic that continues to grow and innovate.
Outside of work, Lori and her husband have a passion for travel, adventure, and exploring the world, constantly seeking new experiences and perspectives.
Tiffany Cechovsky
Tiffany has dedicated almost 15 years to the beauty industry, specializing in guest relations. She thrives on building genuine connections with clients, making every interaction special. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys reading, spending time with her family, trying new recipes, and has a deep love for animals, which reflects her kind and compassionate nature.
Jaimie Rail
Jaimie is dedicated to helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. With a strong background in both retail sales and office administration within the beauty industry, she brings a blend of expertise and a passion for client care to her work at MedAesthetics.
Outside of work, Jaimie is a proud mom of two young girls. Whether she’s enjoying the beach with her family or unwinding with a good book, she values the moments that recharge her.

Elle Ferguson
Elle is one of the warm and welcoming faces on our Guest Relations team here at MedAesthetics. With over three years of experience in the beauty industry and a background in administration, Elle brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to every interaction. Whether she’s answering your questions or helping you settle in for your appointment, Elle is dedicated to making sure you always feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.
Passionate about all things beauty and wellness - from skincare and haircare to fitness and self-care - Elle is committed to helping clients feel their best both inside & out.
Outside of the clinic, you can find her curled up with a good book, working out at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors with her playful mini dachshund, Robin.
Harley Crawford
Harley is a full time Registered Practical Nurse at MedAesthetics specializing in advanced injectables and anatomy. Harley is also a skin care specialist and is highly trained on all modalities in the clinic.
Harley has extensive education in injectable techniques, anatomy and product knowledge presented by the best in the industry.
Harley’s commitment of excellence to her clients is implementing comprehensive individualized treatment plans while acting with integrity, honesty and professionalism. It is important to her that she ensures her clients are provided with the Gold Standard of evidence-based treatments and techniques while focusing on facial balance and refinement.
Harley strives to build therapeutic relationships with each and every individual and you can often find her laughing, crying and everything in between with her clients in her treatment room.

Faith Russell
Faith has been a Registered Practical Nurse for over three years, previously working alongside our Medical Director. She specializes in cosmetic injectables, laser technology, and facial treatments. With a strong commitment to client care, Faith believes in collaborating closely with each individual to create a personalized treatment plan, helping her clients feel confident inside and out.
Her approach is rooted in safety, personalization, and natural-looking results—always aiming to enhance natural beauty.
Faith also has a deep interest in women’s health and is passionate about providing thoughtful, informative Emsella consultations to support pelvic wellness and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Faith enjoys staying active at the gym, finding balance with yoga, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Moose.
Grace Gast
Grace is a Medical Esthetician/ certified laser technician with specialized expertise in both laser treatments and CoolSculpting. Grace has a passion for delivering top-notch results, where she combines advanced laser technology and non-invasive body contouring.
With extensive training and hands-on experience, she is dedicated to ongoing education and skill development to help clients achieve their best self.
In her free time, you can find her going for her daily walk by the water listening to her audiobooks.
Lisa Henry
Lisa is a medical aesthetician/certified laser technician with over 10 years of experience and training in various cosmetic procedures. She has been with the MedAesthetics team for over 3 years now and is our Coolsculpting Expert and Team Lead. She has been performing Coolsculpting treatments since 2017, making her the most experienced in the Sarnia-Lambton area, with the highest number of treatments performed! When Lisa isn’t at MedAesthetics, you can find her spending time outdoors with her beloved chihuahua Gucci or working on a DIY home project with her husband!
Lisa Carr
Lisa is a highly skilled medical aesthetician and certified laser technician with 16 years of experience in cosmetic procedures. She specializes in pigmentation reduction, rosacea management, hair removal, skin resurfacing, and advanced facial treatments. Passionate about staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving skincare industry, Lisa continually expands her knowledge to provide the best care and education for her clients. When she's not perfecting skin, Lisa enjoys life on her 7-acre property, where she keeps busy with her husband, 2 kids, and energetic dogs.
Sarah Lang
Sarah is a medical aesthetician/laser technician with over 2 years experience in the field of aesthetics. She is our Facial Team Lead, Skin Consultant and Body Contouring Provider. Sarah specializes in a variety of facials including the Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Radio Frequency, Dermaplaning, and Chemical Peels. She also provides body contouring services such as Coolsculpting and Emsculpt. Sarah has a passion for the field of medical aesthetics and always wants her clients to leave knowing they have the best treatment plan for their skin/body. Sarah loves getting to be creative whether it's coming up with amazing ways to treat the skin or painting, fashion, makeup, and drawing. When she’s not at work you’ll find her spending time with friends or family, travelling, hiking or focusing on self care!
